One of 2 pharmacies in town that deal in liquid melatonin cost $40 and the bottle come leaking. thanks guys now I'm out $40 and need to pay for another doctors appointment to get a new script. Would not recommend to anyone seems that they are only good at dealing in medical Cannabis.
The ladies in the sleep apnoea section of Scott Street Pharmacy are awesome. Very helpful and do whatever they can to make sure my needs are met. It's so good to be treated so well.
I know compounding eye drops I needed not everyone offer so I called before hand gave all the details, I was out of brief hold and the lady said yes we do have in stock no need to be compounded! Was surprised but say ok I will come and pick up. Made my long drive there to be find out they don’t do the eye drops, all the ladies were asking each other who answered the called and all of them were like nope was not me! So here is the time for call I am sure all your phone calls are recorded, the time for call was 1/12/25 12.51 pm. You have got my number and recorded conversation there. Please educate your staff about services and inventory you stock or offer. This is nothing short of lake of care and empathy wasting someone’s time in matters of medical care. Most importantly unprofessional to not know what you are doing.
Dealt with the wonderful Niki a few weeks ago upgrading my c pap machine. She was excellent to deal with and revealed heaps to me. Great to deal with someone face to face and not just an online store.
