I was in Priceline today to ask if they could help me,as I needed eye drops for my Glaucoma condition with which you can go blind with without the medication. I am visiting Toowoomba to see family and for unforeseen circumstances and have to stay longer than expected. Being a Saturday I did not have a script but thought they may help me out until I could get one  on Monday. The assistant was really very unhelpful and rude she then checked with the pharmacist who was equally as unhelpful !!  I then went to another Pharmacy explained the situation to a lovely lady assistant and she said that they would have given the drops to me until I obtained a script from a Doctor within three days! I was extremely upset with the service provided by this Priceline! The service I get from my home town Priceline is extremely helpful with pleasant staff!

There was employee who I believe to  be called Madelyne, she was so rude to me, at first I was ignored me then looked me up and down and when i asked for help she was so nonchalant and just sounded so annoyed by me even though HER JOB IS TO HELP ME!!!! so immature and my other friends have gone in to and they also experience unpleasant interactions with her aswell. Someone should teach her how to be a respectful employee and CITIZEN.

I bought a face wash today and it’s was $23 and I give her $30 and the girl in the counter said they are on sale $19 and she gave $1 back when I asked for my extra $10 the girl said no you did not  gave me $30 when I said to check your cameras she called her manager and she was extremely rude and didn’t give me my $10 back I will never shop from them

Very rude customer service and workers like to give false accusations. Do NOT go to this pharmacy it is the rudest place to go

Horrible customer service! I have never been treated so rudely in a Priceline and I shop often. Bought a fragrance and it was spoiled smelt terrible have been buying it for years so I know what it smells like. The young man was very pleasant said he would get the supervisor for a return. Middle age woman approached, no hello just looked at me I explained my problem she refused to accept a refund as it was opened. I told her it’s off and she said did you smell the tester??? I was never rude to this woman she just had a horrible attitude! She literally didn’t look me in the eyes even once I couldn’t believe it. She still refused. I explained that I’m unhappy I would not be spending so much money on a expired fragrance. Got angry grabbed a booklet threw it at me to fill out my name ect. Rang up the refund and said nothing! Will never shop at Priceline grand central again. Don’t buy perfume here it’s old and expired I looked it up on checkfresh and it was 3 years and 5 months old so they buy old stock for cheap.

VERY RUDE pharmacist on duty. He treated my daughter like trash after the pharmacy lost the prescription THEY HELD for her from the day it was written. He shouted at her in front of other customers to the point she left in tears without vital medication. Refused to help resolve the situation. Time to find a new job if you can’t be pleasant to people and blame others for your own mistakes and abysmal record keeping. Extremely poor customer service!!

Fantastic service. They came straight up to me while I looking when so many other staff in other shops don’t bother. Really helpful & so friendly thank you!

Absolute terrible customer service Went in to get a refund on tan which I accidentally purchased the wrong colour And After I informed the young lady at the register I had to wait for upto to 15 minutes to speak to the manager and then another 20 minutes for her to dawdle off and do I don’t know what to come back and tell me that I cannot return as it appears to be open!! Which I never did I turned around and said what about your customer satisfaction policy ? Can I swap for the right colour ?She rudely tells me that it’s not there problem and I should take it up with the people who male the tan !!  Later that day I went to Westridge Priceline and was in there for less than 2 minutes and the staff were so lovely and well I walked out a very happy customer and the right colour tan Thanks for understanding was true customer service is  Will happily say I’ll be choosing Westridge and never returning to grand central Priceline no more !
