I don’t think this pharmacy has any customer etiquette going by my experience. I had a very poor experience right from ordering my scripts to going to the counter and receiving them and if that’s not enough I was admonished while paying too for not bringing a cool bag for the insulin. I live 6 min from the pharmacy and thought it was ok but also no other pharmacy in town criticised me for not bringing one since the last 12 yrs I have been on that medication. They usually give an insulation bag for convenience. I don’t like writing reviews so I waited 5 mins to make sense of what happened and asked the staff that I be allowed to speak to the floor manager to discuss my experience that’s ridden with several rude interactions for buying one medication. They did not want to speak to me and I can understand how hard it would be for them to support the behaviour of 3 staff members . I was told that a senior manager by name Ms Tracey would call me the next working day . Been weeks now - no callnSo please stop attacking bad reviews . It will embolden your staff to not self reflect upon their actions. Whatever the color or creed , good customers bring business and I hope that’s a good thing for an establishment.Thanks for the attention to this matter and thanks for staying open late
Very helpful and understanding staff!nA friend of mine had a sports injury, and the pharmacist was extremely helpful — they cleaned the wounds, did the dressing, and explained how to take care of it properly. They also recommended the best products and were honest about what was actually needed and what wouldn’t help. Highly appreciate their support!
The female pharmacist is incredibly rude, I had an incredible experience with the male pharmacist here previously however I called to make a simple enquiry about some medication I got from this pharmacy when I got it they didn’t have the full supply and I had to go back to get the rest I was simply asking if I had collected it all, as one box said box 3 of 3 and I only had 2 boxes.. the female pharmacist I spoke to was SO incredibly rude and condescending she asked me if I counted the medication I said no, she said well we probably put it in 2 boxes but her tone she spoke through her teeth and was abrupt, I wasn’t rude I was just asking a question all I wanted to know was if I had all the medication or not. There was no need to be so rude. I have complex life limiting health conditions this is one of many medications I’m on so NO I do not count it, I just take what I’m required to take to stay alive and functioning. I was going to use this pharmacy because of how sweet and caring the male pharmacist was and how difficult my medication can be to get but now I won’t be going back there the way she spoke made me feel as I was doing something wrong when I was just asking a simple question. Complex health conditions are hard to manage you lose track of things in between hospital stays, treatments, many medical interventions including medication having someone speak down to you isn’t helpful or what you need. Reading the other reviews I’m Not the first to have a bad experience with this awful Woman maybe don’t work where you have to interact with people if you can’t treat people with respect or dignity! One bad seed l can ruin a whole business…..
Firstly, let me just say — absolutely stellar customer service from all the staff especially those who worked on Sunday the 16th of November. My girlfriend and I walked in at about 5:00, seeking advice for some eye medication, to which we were promptly served by Fred one of the pharmacists that work there. Fred was incredibly informative and accessible, taking us to a separate room where he went over some of the symptoms and helped try to diagnose the issue — which we discovered was just allergies in the eye. But, regardless, it was well-worth getting the information out of our predicament, and I can happily say that Fred’s eye-relief recommendation worked! Thank you Fred, we will be back in the future.
Really great experience getting some scripts filled. Staff went out of their way to make the process easy and the pharmacists South African lady and Fred were so friendly.
