Just received a vaccination from Fred - was able to come in at late notice after 7pm when every other doctor and pharmacist didn't want to know me. Fred very friendly, helpful and I didn't even feel the needle! In and out in 5 minutes plus the wait time after for monitoring - I will definitely be coming back for any future healthcare requirements!
I was disappointed with the customer service I received from the woman at the cash register who was speaking with a soft non-native accent, on July the 18th 2025 at 7:00Pm. She handed me my medicine without greeting me or acknowledging my thanks, then turned her back without a word. It felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude. A bit of basic courtesy would have gone a long way. The service this pharmacy offers is great. It is sad that lack of professionalism by just 1 person can easily change one's perpective of a business.
@Locky your comment reeks of entitlement. The team works late to help people like you, and you’ve got the nerve to call them disappointing? I was served by Lauren she was knowledgeable, helpful, and actually gave a damn. Maybe the issue isn’t the staff maybe it’s you.
The customer service is very badnThe customer service person last time I went there to drop my script they told me to come the following day because they need to order the medication the next when I went to collect they the medicine the customer service person was really rude and told me not come to the parmicy ever again. Very disappointed and they did not even say sorry or something. Like I really need an apologies and they should learn how to treat their customers. I would recommend not going there every again
Modern pharmacy. All the staff are brilliant. Parking is tight on the ground floor but there's more parking downstairs with lift access. 5 well deserved stars.
