Needs a good clean, restock, retail customer service training and more staff maybe hire some friendly ones... Floors are littered with rubbish and aisles have ladders and full baskets right in the walkway. Staff are unfriendly and you seem to be interrupting their personal gossip sessions. It's impossible to find a staff member who wants to interact, let alone help. Understaffed at prescriptions desk, so be prepared to wait!

Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with the staff member serving at the desk. There was no greeting, no smile, and the interaction carried a scowl and unfriendly tone. I was left feeling very uncomfortable simply trying to collect an item.nnThis is not the first time I’ve experienced a lack of customer service at Chemist Warehouse. There appears to be little care factor or warmth from the service team. Good customer service is simple but essential, and it makes a big difference to your customers’ experience.nnI urge you to address this issue and ensure that friendliness and professionalism are consistently part of your service. Appalling service at the prescription counter today, waiting in line. Only to get to my turn and be told to move one counter up at wrong counter. She then continued with the long line, after a short time, turned around and told me she would be there. What crap why should I have to wait again, why not serve me as I was next in line then continue with other line. I walked out i'll get my prescriptions else where.

Customer Service 0/10...Floor staff cannot be bothered helping.. it is obviously beneath them they don't give a damn about you...Prescription counter staff  included..Not an enjoyable shopping experience in store ,  it will be online only for me. THEY ALL NEED RETRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Customer service by management  not staff. Current overall rating truly  reflects the overall experience by many. Very poor. Your local chemist has that extra care factor that values adds and no advertising about so called savings. Do your own research.
