Fairly big store. Great prices. Fairly good stock coverage. Pretty good makeup selection with good pricing. Staff friendly. Security at front door. Some undesirables due to the inner-city location but the security presence helps. Can be difficult finding parking, but convenient distance from the shopping centre and other shops.

At 4pm today i asked nicely where is anxiety stuff to take, i looked on their website before going in if they had any and they did but the girl turned around saying “we don't have anything” which is not true as after trying find it myself i found anxiety stuff for me but the girl said apparently they had nothing whatsoever. People just lazy working there and don’t want to show or help you at all as been going there for ages now and still treated poorly.

While there may be some wait times, the staff are helpful and patient, ensuring a positive shopping experience.nnOne point to note is the presence of numerous high-visibility pricing tags that seem to be scattered on the floor in certain aisles, which could be a minor safety concern. I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this store, particularly with a staff member named Megan this afternoon around 1:45pm. I usually purchase my perfumes from Myer but decided to try this place for a change. While browsing the glass cabinet looking for Eau de Parfum EDP instead of Eau de Toilette EDT, I couldn’t find the options I was after.nnWhen I approached Megan for help, she responded with a rude and clearly uninterested attitude. I asked politely if they had any EDPs available, and her response was, “What we have is what’s in there,” before walking off without offering any assistance. It was an unnecessarily dismissive and disrespectful way to treat a customer simply asking for help.nnLater, when I encountered her again and mentioned I would be making a complaint, she said, “I’m very busy,” as if that justified the poor service. It’s really unfortunate, customers expect staff to have product knowledge and at least a basic level of courtesy. This experience has definitely left a negative impression, and I hope the management takes this seriously.

Often out of stock, and staff can't/won't put it aside for waiting customers when it arrives. Doesn't do flu shots. Other discount chemists in the area might be worth a look instead until these folk lift their game. Might need a new manager?
