At 4pm today i asked nicely where is anxiety stuff to take, i looked on their website before going in if they had any and they did but the girl turned around saying “we don't have anything” which is not true as after trying find it myself i found anxiety stuff for me but the girl said apparently they had nothing whatsoever. People just lazy working there and don’t want to show or help you at all as been going there for ages now and still treated poorly.

I had hoped my experience would improve, but after several attempts I will not step foot in this store again.  Shop assistants look busy but do anything but help cutomers.  Not worth the frustration.

This Chemist warehouse store needs a captain who can lead the team in the right direction. The staff will continue to appear lost and confused until then.

Avoid this store if you value your time and you want some basic customer service. I was the only one waiting in the checkout area, still it took longer than 15 minutes for someone to attend. The young lady who was serving clearly did not want to be there. Not helpful, no greetings, looked very annoyed the whole time she was there. In my opinion, it is better to attend a local/ community pharmacy to get a better service. The big bosses of chemist warehouse may consider installing self service checkout like the big supermarkets. I will happily use the self service checkout rather than dealing with someone who is not willing to provide a basic customer service.
