Shopped with Chemist Warehouse recently to purchase various product such as Osmolax laxative relief for constipated bowels and T-Gel chronic dandruff and psoriasis shampoo. I thought the process would be a hassle...such was not the case!nnThe service was exceptional with warm customer interaction and quickly effective and friendly staff...I was served by Ava who helped me find my necessary products and assured me of their quality and effectiveness!nnOnce again I am impressed by Chemist Warehouse's service and culture, I will be shopping here again!

Absolutely appalling service on the prescription counter this afternoon. Rudest staff member serving. She really should not have a job. Please retrain the staff in this store and throw in a lesson in manners. Definitely won't be back as good price pharmacy are just around the corner and staff are much friendlier there.

Needs a good clean, restock, retail customer service training and more staff maybe hire some friendly ones... Floors are littered with rubbish and aisles have ladders and full baskets right in the walkway. Staff are unfriendly and you seem to be interrupting their personal gossip sessions. It's impossible to find a staff member who wants to interact, let alone help. Understaffed at prescriptions desk, so be prepared to wait!

While there may be some wait times, the staff are helpful and patient, ensuring a positive shopping experience.nnOne point to note is the presence of numerous high-visibility pricing tags that seem to be scattered on the floor in certain aisles, which could be a minor safety concern. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with the staff member serving at the desk. There was no greeting, no smile, and the interaction carried a scowl and unfriendly tone. I was left feeling very uncomfortable simply trying to collect an item.nnThis is not the first time I’ve experienced a lack of customer service at Chemist Warehouse. There appears to be little care factor or warmth from the service team. Good customer service is simple but essential, and it makes a big difference to your customers’ experience.nnI urge you to address this issue and ensure that friendliness and professionalism are consistently part of your service.
