Booked a covid shot online for my daughter. Turned up on the day of to be told they couldn't do it cause there was no pharmacist in today. To 'just come in tomorrow'.  I can't come in tomorrow, I work that day.  If the pharmacist isn't rostered on, you need to change the booking system to reflect that.  If he's rostered in but calls in sick, you need to let clients with booked appointments know.  And you really, really need to apologise when your messed up system messes with peoples' day.  Telling them to just come in tomorrow is really inadequate.

Thankyou for a doing the booster covid shots for the two of us today. Asked first and permitted straight away.  Pleasant staff and Pharmacist was very helpful.

The staff here are very helpful. I would particular like to acknowledge Helen. I have had pain in my arm a result of Shingles. She recommended a pain patch and I now have considerable relief. Thank you Helen.

Poor ethics from pharmacist who seems to not bother to make eye contact when refusing to fill script for eye drops needed for donar eye surgery. I phoned in morning to aquire  second bottle yes I did get 1 script on way home yesterday as my eye was really sore. I drove 50 mins to this pharmacy. How stupid of me to trust staff who  didn't think it a problem .I guess the pharmacist doesn't care for elderly .I managed to get script elsewhere same day so ha ha to you lost my Respect and more pharmacy in toowoomba _ no star service. There

Initially I visited priceline opposing pharmacy store downtown and they had zero stock of the medications that were required. The store assistant was fantastic in helping me purchase the medicines and all were amply available . Thank you Priceline- outstanding!

Absolutely fantastic pharmacy. Product range second to none. Same as other Priceline’s in Toowoomba but the service at this one has me going to it exclusively. The pharmacist’s Dan & Molly CANNOT do enough for you. Customer service is next level brilliant. Sending everyone I know to them!!!!!

Priceline pharmacy North point is a good place to go the staff are always friendly and if you can't find something they are willing to help I like Priceline pharmacy they have so many things the good thing is they are doinging flu injections I would go back there prices are reasonable maryellen

This pharmacy is such a great place to shop - the pharmacists Dand and Molly are very knowlegable and professional while still maintaining excellent customer service - had my last flu shot there by Molly didn't feel a thing !
