Labled and advertised all over the internet as a recruitment agency. I was told I needed to find a job on my own before I can sign up. When I asked what exactly they do they told me they dont help people look for jobs. I asked if they could direct me to somewhere that will be able to help me look for an apprenticeship and they referred me to google. waste of time. falsely advertised. unprofessional.
The Beenleigh team are exceptional! My case Manager Elizabeth has been fantastic but the whole team have been very helpful. Brad was great to meet and helped me with confidence to get my job. They also assisted me with stuff I needed to start my job. Can't recommend enough.
Continuously harassed me with jobs and demanding my payslips even though I was working full time and didn’t require their service. Had my job before being assigned to them however they still made me search for jobs regardless how many times I told them I was happy with my current job. Didn’t even qualify for Centrelink anymore as I had graduated from University and was earning a proper wage so didn’t make sense as to why they were calling me multiple times a week. This place is just full of bullies.
I'm an employer with a vacancy for an immedate start for the right person. I've tried to contact Sarina Russo agency for the past 5 days. I've sent through 2 x contact us forms and also called their main 13 number and have been told twice that an email marked as urgent has been sent to the manager at Beenleigh. Still no call back and they are taking tax payer money to find people jobs, yet can't get in contact with an employer looking for staff. Poor form.
In the process of making a formal complaint to the Department of employment because I have asked them not to make appointments on the days I work and they proceed to then I call up today and am told its all fine and my payment will go through tomorrow as per usual and then whilst on the phone to the department he goes "Were you informed you had an appointment today at 10:30am" I said um no I was on the phone to them at 9:30 it says they open at 8:30 but they don't turn the message bank call thing off for night till like 9:20 and they said it was all good and they said the appointment would be made for a later date anyway he goes call in ask to have the appointment tomorrow with the manager and let them know you are in the process of a formal complaint with us etc anyway he transfers me and then I am told "we don't look at rosters blah blah blah" so I go well tell your staff to stop telling customers that you do. Then she goes stop yelling at me and I am literally crying not yelling because I am so frustrated. How hard is it to go oh okay such and such cant come those days we will book it these days. They tell me they pride themselves on customer service but when I am trying to explain something DONT TALK OVER ME! They have no communication skills and are incompetent. I was told I couldn't see the manager because my payment won't go through tomorrow unless i speak to one of them. So its okay i was going to give them a chance to fix things but they cant so i will finish lodging the complaint. Avoid these people at all costs. You have more chance of getting a job and staying successful without them then you do with them. I am talking to some girls who saw my issues with Sarina Russo on fb and are having and have had the same issues.
I kept trying to contact these people to help me with my new job that I found without their assistance. I was told that a phone appointment would be scheduled but I got no response to calls made on the day of my appointment. I then tried to contact someone about this and got no response via phone or email. Then, a few weeks later without any notice, I happened to get a text saying I had an appointment the next day. Unfortunately this it was too short notice and I had not seen the text until it was too late. I also think it's ridiculous to not be able to discuss when I am available for appointments and to be expected to rock up with one day's notice. Now they won't stop contacting me saying that I've missed my appointment and my centrelink payment has been stopped and they still will not answer all my attempts at contacting them between my work hours.
They book phone appointments and never ring you, then your payments get cut. I've had booked 4 different appointments to which none where answered. Took them a month which I have already left and put a complaint in by then BYE Felicia
I am over this job service they don’t even help you! I have been with Surrino Russo for months they say they’ll help me but they don’t contact employers and be supportive what’s so ever. Beenleigh office is hopeless, I literally found my own employment and helped myself yet they wouldn’t support fuel vouchers unless my job provider contacted yet when that happens they tell my job provider about my mental health issues ect but I want it kept confidential and feel as if it’s not right to label people by contacting employer!!! There’s other ways to prove I’m working!! They’re the worst job provider ever!
Six month's with Sarina Russo Beenleigh & absolutely nothing. Staff are rude & arrogant & provided no support or help at all. Talked up big about their exclusive contact's with big employer's, but never deliver. Transferred to Max Employment just around the corner & within a week got an interview & a full time job.
All my life, I never knew I was suffering with PTSD. Thanks to my amazing consultant Karina and the beautiful hearted phsycologist Amanda at the Beenleigh Sarina Russo office. I'm seeing my own self worth. And that's what I was missing the most in my search for a job. They were right all along I had the answer to fix my issues in all areas of my life. If there was a scale of a million stars I would click a million they deserve it!
