Can't advise you to use this agency if you are renting. They did mulching on the garden which was nowhere on the contract. We did a professional clean and they still deducted money for more cleaning from our bond. Moving out was as good a doing a Reno. Just agreed as we had no strength and patience for the fight. Beware!
We did not have a good experience renting with them.very fussy,bossy , rude. Please improve how you treat tenants.
Would not recommend this agency if you looking at renting a property. We were very happy while staying in the property for over a year. However, the attitude and tone quickly changed when we decided to leave. We looked after this house and garden as it was our own. The lawn was never used, as we added a fence for the dog to not damage and automated reticulation was running for plants and lawn. But they charged us because when we left mid of a hot summer and the lawn was yellow typical in WA. To keep story short, they wanted to deduct close to $900 from our bond to fix things that they assume we damage by replacing the entirety of the lawn and when we disputed any matters we were advised to contact the consumer protection without any other option than pay. After weeks of dispute and suggesting that we needed the money for X or Y reasons, we have decided to let them take our money but we asked proofs of repairs when done! No proofs were received after months till today and the agency acknowledged that repairs are not required but they need to charge us because we have damaged! Very unprofessional and unfair to take people's money!
The stuff they picked at rental inspections was absolutely ridiculous. They tried pinning 25+ years worth of black stains from underneath a tree on me after I had been there for about a year and a half. That's not to mention even if I had been there for the entire 25 years it would still not be my responsibility. I would actively avoid using them as a rental agent in future. They make you feel like a number not a person.
Phillip is an absolute legend. Going above and beyond every time. He organised a tenant for my investment property whilst we were trying to sell it, which he also handled. Sale was smooth and drama free. I would highly recommend him to handle the sale of your property. Being a family owned business they all actually care and talk to each other which is a rare occurence in business these days. If you want someone professional,then give Phillip a call.
