Jack did an amazing job at finding me and my group of friends a variety of student houses all of which were really lovely. He went out of his way to make sure that all our difficult criteria were met. He was incredibly helpful and his warm professional personality put me and my friends at ease, He was great at communicating and extremely knowledgeable about each property. He was always early to viewings and went out of his way to help us including giving us lifts to each property as none of us had a car which we were really grateful for .I would definitely recommend Jack and park lane agencies.
Had a pleasant experience so far with Parklane, my friend and I have just signed for a property and will be moving in in July, so I cannot comment on the living experience with the company as of yet. However, Jack was very helpful in finding lovely properties for us and answering most questions we had. He was very organised with timings and getting back to us with all the documentation. Overall, a warm and friendly welcome. Thanks Jack!
Had a number of house viewings with Jack, was very professional and knew exactly what we wanted. Took us around multiple properties all within our budget and target areas. Made us feel super comfortable, and was able to sign for one of the properties we viewed same day. Couldn’t recommend him more. Excellent customer service.
Had a great experience when signing for one of your properties. Our letting agent, Jack, was really helpful in finding us suitable houses to view. He walked us through a second viewing to finalise our choice and go over tenancy details and any maintenance wishes. Both the viewing and signing process went really smooth - thanks Jack !
Katie was a brilliant agent for us. She was able to find flats at our specification and availability to move in. Katie was very patient and kind whilst we pondered on which flat to take. Extremely efficient too and always replied to our queries very promptly. Great stuff!

We’ve had a great experience with Parklane so far. Got us from viewing, to collecting keys within 10 days with excellent communication throughout. Our main contact, Adele, is always quick to respond to queries both over phone and via email. Would definitely recommend Parklane Headingley to students and young professionals looking to rent in the area.
I would 100% recommend Parklane properties. Recently, I had two viewings in one day with Jack, which made it so much easier for me to just view both of them on the same day. Went from one property to the other in the company car so I didn’t have to walk long distances, which i really appreciate. Jack’s services are outstanding, he’s a very polite person and brightened up the day with his fun, yet professional, personality . He did not fail to mention all the aspects of the properties which I needed to know. Especially as an international student who never lived alone, he explained to me how to carry out all the manual tasks in the apartments. The two lovely apartments had great locations, but it didn’t stop there, Jack made sure to message me right afterwards and reassured me that if I was not interested in these, he would recommend me more places to check out and found me several great properties as well. In my opinion, a 10/10 service from them and i’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an accommodation in Leeds :
