Excellent service. Experienced team in sales and property management. No fuss and good communication. I am a property owner and have always been provided with excellent tenants. I can now see why after reading the negative feedback on this page. Dodgy tenants are not tolerated - as it should be.

I am a property owner and have leased a property with the Marketplace Realty for the past year. Carole at the Marketplace has been very helpful and has always kept me updated with the status of my property. She has employees that help her manage the properties but she is always in the know of what is happening if you need some help.

I was surprised to see this real estate still going after my old place was taken over by a different company. My experience with them was awful, considering how much I tried to appease the property manager. On multiple occasions when visiting the office the property manager refused to see me. There were other occasions where I was lied to, ignored and gaslighting was a common method of communication. Granted, there were problems caused by old housemates left on the property, still I gave it my best shot in getting it fixed - there was no reason for the rudeness or patronisation I endured. Trying to get something in writing seemed to be a lost cause, plus any emails we did receive were illegible and confusing. I don't normally post customer reviews on anything but I really don't want other people having to go through what I did in renting with them. If you are already renting of them be aware of your rights - there are legal bodies that can give you advice on heaps of matters. Hope that helps.

Worst real estate agents I've dealt with. Extremely rude and unfriendly. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone and if I ever see their logo or branding on any future properties of interests to me, I'd rather leave it then have to deal with them again. Please touch up on your Customer Service skills because the people I've interacted with here do not adhere to the minimum level standard of professionalism.

***To your reply: I have dealt with you. My partner is the tenant and I have been to your office on more than one occasion. So yes I am entitled to judge your level of customer service because I have dealt with you personally. Please don't make me out to be someone who would review a business without having dealt with them myself.  Judging by your other reviews, we are not the only people who thinks this place needs some serious changes and a customer service revamp.
