You feel at ease as soon as you meet them and have the confidence to leave everything in their hands. Cannot fault the service I have received and would highly recommend to any landlord.
I’ve been renting through them for 8 months now and they are one of the best agents I’ve ever had. From the first inspection of the rental, to routine inspections, maintenance requests, etc. they are extremely efficient and prompt with communication and resolving anything for me. They treat tenants with so much respect and kindness and nothing is difficult if you need some assistance. Thank you guys, I appreciate your work and your time.
We had a great experience dealing with Jodie at Professionals Main Reality. She worked fast to find us a suitable property/set up the viewing and send through paperwork - we are very excited to move in. Jodie made the process so easy. Would happily recommend to anyone!!
If you need maintance done on your property you will be better off engaging your own trades. Professionals main realty doesn't seem to be In touch with what acceptable pricing for basic mantainace and repair jobs. Or have the ability to identify if the price is a rip off. when I say rip off I mean a trades personal charging you 3x the price for a item with the same brand, make and model as one you could buy yourself from anywhere imagine buying a brand new car for 30k then go next door and there selling the exact same brand new car for 90k would that happen? Left in their hands you are likely to get ripped off. The only main contractor I've used that is PARTNERED with them is charging astronomical prices above market. If you don't mind losing hundreds- thousands of dollars for ignorant mistakes. I guess don't worry about it. But for me I'd prefer to engage market price trades when needed to save 100's to 1000's a year. So I'll be engaged my own trade sources to say the least.
Have been renting thru Professionals Osborne Park for over 6 years and always find them to be both friendly and very efficient. Too, I appreciate the speedy maintenance repairs, in quick time they will send out a tradie and have any problem solved.. As a Tennant, I couldn't be happier with them and would certainly recommend their services.
We have have been in our rental property for over 5 years and the last year of that the property has been managed by Professionals Main Reality. The process to extend our lease was easy and fast. They communicate very effectively via email as well. Maintenance items have always been issued in a timely manner. They have recently changed their inspections to online due to COVID. The whole process is stress free and painless. Jodie sent instructions on what we needed to do, which were very easy to follow. And confirmed once the inspection had been completed and submitted. This meant I was able to do the inspection once I had finished work that day, so didn’t impact on my working hours. Previously when in person inspections were conducted both Jodie and Sally were really great to deal with setting up inspection dates/times. Highly recommend Professionals Main Reality from a tenants point of view!!!
