These people are soooo rude, I was ringing up to see if I could walk in or if order online only. 
I know some places only do online orders but wanted to test out new beds and chairs.
The lady was very quick to tell me, no you can’t come you must be qualified.
Despite I opened the conversation by telling her I was qualified. Even if she didn’t listen, she should have asked if I was, not just told me I couldn’t come. 
Really need to work on customer service because she definitely didn’t make me feel welcome.

I'm so happy that found this salon. It's a place full of comfort and really professional staff. All the therapists are absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend them !
