Great experience stopping in for a glass of Sauv and a snack on our South Island trek. Very good wine, lovely grounds and great service made for a standout experience. Reasonably priced and quality food. We enjoyed fresh bread, olives abd a brownie.

Beautiful venue. Visit on a day when there are not small loose children pushing metal footed stools around on a concrete surface creating migraine generating racket. I requested a SMALL tasting of their own smoked salmon offering as I was interested in how they did this. Unbeknown to me, this request was interpreted by the waiting staff as a full serve of this platter, just containing the salmon, coming in as an entree, at a cost of $34.00!!!!!! Extortionate. The garden salad was a mere snip at $21.00. I recommend just a visit for coffee.

Great venue with delicious and complex wines. I was not able to eat at the restaurant but I’ve heard the food was amazing.

Delicious lunch in a beautiful venue, and the staff were attentive and helpful. Would've been nice to know that the cheesecake was presented in a glass, and a shame to see plastic straws.

The staff were wonderful, we really enjoyed our tasting. The food was however a bit of a let-down, in the garden inspiration there was meant to be mushroom and figs... both were not on the plate. The lamb had absolutely no salt. The mojito cheesecake was so mild.. no mint and no lime. The rubarb with the Panna cotta was almost pickled (super crunchy) and interesting with the soft texture of the Panna cotta.
