Drive through last night: The order speaker didn't work. We ordered at the window and were told to wait for 10 minutes although no other customers were around. After such a long wait for a fast food chain you hope for a delicious product. The burger was a joke, squashed to death, a tiny piece of chicken and the fries were so salty that I spit them out. Put some effort in training your team and have some pride.
Went out expecting chicken only to find myself eating from what felt like a toilet bowl. Chips were uncooked and were as salty as the workers personally, not only were they rude they also made us sit outside in the cold, never in my life have I ever imagined that I would have to write such a review but I feel like I have too. Also some workers may need too learn how to use self controll whilst in a workplace as we witnessed two of the workers making out through the window Insead of making out meal which took forever. I don't mean to sound like a Karen about this situation I promise.
The arrogant English guy blamed us for not giving us a pototae and gravey and and only gravey horrible to deal with we didn't change any thing but you buggered up our tea terrible service
Easy dinner option night, the girl who served us was helpful and cheerful, making it easy to decide what to have. The venue was really clean no dirty tables even though it was fairly full when we called in there at 6pm.
The environment on the inside was ok but mainly the hygiene and cleanliness seems poor as around 50% of the floor and tables were not thoroughly cleaned. They also forgot to give us napkins and spoons when I got my food so I had to ask twice for them and they did in the end. Maybe next time they should double check everything before calling out the number.
