This is 5 star for the service. I came thru at 4am and held up the drive thru with codes, multi orders and being indecisive.nI was served by Kim and she was patient, friendly, extremely polite and had a lovely smile for someone dealing with me at 4am in the morning. I'd absolutely support the managers decision to give her a bonus for flawless customer service and the best manners I have ever heard. Thanks heaps for that. I also asked for fresh chips and got them. Gold star.
Last night I came in after the fireworks to get food yes they were busy but we’re getting orders out super quickly. My friend who ordered at the same time as me got her food in ten minutes, I end up going up to the counter about 20 minutes later because they had called out over twenty orders past my order the lady at the counter tells me the numbers are all mixed up and insists I continue waiting so I do, another half hour goes past so I ask again, this time the lady was rude and told me she couldnt do anything about it. It had been an hour at this point and I was ready to just ask for my money back and leave, a different lady then asks what I ordered and says that she’ll put it through for me. im so tired and just wanted to leave they took another ten minutes mind you the place was empty at this point that’s how long I had been waiting. Overall just annoyed that they wouldn’t listen to me the first time and that they were rude, I work in hospo so I understand how things get muddled up but this was just rude and exhausting, never in the past have I had a problem with them until last night. So disappointing.
Sometimes the do your own order in the kiost on site doesn't print a receipt with your order number and order so when I went up to the counter and explained to them it didn't give me a receipt and order for my order and I couldn't remember the order number when it showed up on the screen and they found the time of day to sort it out and give me my correct order without hesitation as long as I knew what I had ordered great service always go back there once a week always good people on trust me been there before and a daughter was swearing at her mother they both worked there and the daughter thought it was cool to abuse her mother on shift in front of her mates there when she was on her lunch break that was disgusting now good crews I know a few familiar faces there just not their names and I will take a picture when I go there this week
Very nicely more than half filled large fries, yippee!! Already pay heaps for the food that you don’t even get half of
Got order wrong in drive thru. If Callum wasn't watching tiktok at the drive thru kiosk when he was supposed to be taking orders then maybe the order would have been correct . Got told to go back around in the drive thru and reorder if we wanted the rest of our order. Didn't really fancy waiting in line again so left
