I have moved extensively over the last 7 years. So I have had lots of experience with moving companies and storage facilities both in NZ and Australia. In all of my experience I have to say that this is the best storage facility not only in the quality of the storage units but also the staff. I had some complex issues to work through and Maria - the Manager was just the best. She was flexible, gave me options and I was able to work through the solutions I needed. She is just the best. Anyone looking for storage solution - nothing to too much trouble and customer focused so I highly recommend them to you!

I moved my belongings into Safestore almost a year ago and I am so impressed not only with the facility but also with the outstanding staff. What a well run business. The units are new and clean with easy access for my vehicle and great security. Also very importantly, the staff has bent over backwards to help me during this entire time. They have facilitated absolutely everything I have needed from helping me consolidate and move into a different unit, giving my dead car a boost and so many other things. They have gone so far beyond what I ever expected. Thank you so much Maria for all that you have done for me!

Should re name "perfect storage" ! Everything excellent, modern, clean, priced right and well thought out. Maria, site manager 5 star also, She did everything except move your stuff in !

Great experience organising storage space with this company. Carina and Maria were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Smooth and easy set up and fabulous brand new facilities. Many thanks Safe Store, Westgate :}

The team from Westgate Safestore has been brilliant-great support in everything-recommending a moving company, advise on insurance and payment options etc. Always checking and updating! Thanks everyone! Very much appreciated!
