I Wish I could be able to give zero stars. We visited this store today just 15 minutes ago I was with my 2 friends and one of my friends asked for the chrome cast and the guy who served us insulted my friend in very bad way… He wasn’t seeming interested at all in serving us from very beginning. it was the fat guy who served us No offence to over sized people But this guy deserved to be called this. He just kept repeating himself GO TO PB TECH,,,,, are you for real????? All of us work in customer service and in no sense, this guy deserves this job. Store should start hiring more deserving and polite people for this job. If the store manager is reading this review, please inquire about this otherwise your store is going to get more reviews like this. Whoever is reading this review, please avoid that guy and only talk to him if you want to be insulted. hoping to get a reply from store.

I have come to this store often, service was usually excellent - however am very dissapointed today. Ruheet he hide his name tag after I asked for his name - so unsure if this is his actual name - was unfortunately very rude and unwilling to help. I needed help to clarify why I was double charged - and only after asking him 3 time to look at my account for me, he rudely brought me to the computer. Keep on rudely saying to me to talk to 128 customer service. Was playing on his phone when I came in. Wouldnt be surprised if all the negative reviews here are from him. I have fantastic help previously from Gujrit definitely recommend but somehow theres always a bad apple in the tree. Just frustrated about this, and hope that the team at st lukes would take an action about this - happy to be contacted. In the mean time, I will talk to 128 customer service to get my bills sorted.
Such shocking customer service... so frustrating trying to add a sim card and check my current plan. Terrible
The staff member that assisted to my need was so good. Very efficient and down to earth. The staff member that attended to my needs was great she provided excellent service, and as for the rest of the staff i thought, all had a happy disposition with each other. I felt comfortable and at easy while i was there. Thank you for great customer service.

Need to change your hours online it says closes at 9pm today but went in at 5:30pm to find it closed thanks Spark
Went into the store and asked the guy there for spark phone cards, he told me they don't sell it and to go to the dairy or countdown. He wasn't helpful at all, so I rung the spark helpline and got told by a very nice man by the name of Ashok that they do sell them and they have cards in stock at the store. So ended up going back to purchase them. Staff member needs more training, or atleat ask another staff member for help instead of sending people away. So thank you very much Ashok from the helpline, appreciate all your help.
Waited 3 weeks for fibre to be connected Modem was sent to wrong address & returned Went to shop & brought modem
I had the pleasure of visiting this shop last Monday and was extremely pleased with the service offered by one of the staff-Mr Gurjit. I was after some guidance on a router for my security cameras. Not only was he very helpful and customer oriented he made my journey stress free and enjoyable while educating me with the options available. I am now with another service provider for my mobile and am leaning towards changing to Spark
