Great service by the lads here going way above and beyond in resolving a situation that they didn’t have to, due to false assurances from a third party organisation. They displayed a professionalism and personal understanding of a highly stressful situation, therefore displaying their focus on customer service and positive interactions to help the customer out. This was uniform across all of the team I dealt with from Danny at the initial enquiry right through to the pickup of the vehicle. I’ve now had the vehicle 2 weeks and no hidden surprises at all, it is exactly what they advertised it to be and I will definitley look to shop here again in the future. Thanks again lads for the assistance and all round great service!
What a SCAM! They just advertise cars with low prices to attract people there; and once you get there they simply says it is already SOLD deposit paid and look for other cars. It happened to me; I came home and rang them back to ask; and again they say car still available. Waste of time.
Bought my ever first car here though a second-hand one lol, a Holden Barina TK manual, with good condition of suspention, driving and tyres. All the fluids, including air-con gas, were filled and good to go. They did well on cleaning, maintaining, and make it suitable on road. They also kept a good relationship with other related shops and could recommend the one you need they recommended a car audio system shop and the price there is surely a bargain with good qualities. It is worth noting that a dealer fee around AUD$500 is not included in the car price on their website but you can see this notice around their carpark, so don't say it's a hidden fee, but of course it would be better if they declare it on their website.
Firstly, I would like to say thanks to Danny who allowed us to try many cars, due to my tallness, and amazing customer service. We've spent probably a couple of hours and overall tried to find the right fit in about 30 cars. We bought our second-hand car at Sadek in October. It comes with a 3 months dealership warranty and a peace of mind. We did not do any additional checks and we drove off. Soon after we started to have a smell in the car of burned rubber which turned out to be a leak of oil. We went back to the dealership, since it was under warranty. While waiting for the part, one day the car just stopped at a traffic light. We had to order a tow away truck to get it back to the dealership. Turned out that now our transmission needed to be fixed. Sam has arranged it to be fully replaced and covered by warranty. I personally appreciate the business that owns up to their promises and warranties and do their best to rectify the unfortunate situation. Extra point for Sam for doing everything in their control to get the car fixed at the fastest speed, considering the pre-Christmas period. Plus staying in touch with us while the car was being fixed. Thank you Sam!
Sadek Motor Group amazing experience and had great help. especially from the young gentleman named sarkis he went above and beyond to make to experience a pleasure. Had no stress at all thank you and I'll strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

I bought a BMW from these guys. I would like to give a shout out to sammy it’s been a couple of weeks and everything he said about the car is true. It’s a fabulous car sammy is a honest and friendly professional guy what you see is what you get. The car the warranty is a piece of mind and confidence. Also all the people there in the likes of jay looked after me in every way possible. I definitely would recommend Sadek to the car community for their true to the word dealership.
