Hands down the cheapest op shop for books in Melbourne. As low as 50 cents. You'll get the best newer books for $3, but I bought up hundreds for about $1 each. Amazing. They have some good household items and furniture here too. Some clothing, but I was always impressed by their large amount of books and cds for sale.

This Sacred Heart Mission Op Shop is one of the better op shops. It's quite large and has a good ambiance and feel to it and is well laid out. Being on Clarendon Street, parking can be difficult but it's just a short walk from Park Street Stop 129 on St Kilda Tram Route 12 and Clarendon Street Stop 24 on South Melbourne Beach Tram Route 1.

Fantastic opportunity shop . Often has designer clothes including suits.got a lovley Pierre Cardin suit for 30 dollars. One of the best option shops in the area.

Expensive! This charity shop is now a second hand boutique shop for the rich! Very expensive - I feel sorry for the poor because they can no longer afford to purchase in this shop! Prices are the same as Target and Kmart. Shouldn't be this expensive it is meant to be a charity shop. The items are donated for FREE from kind caring people who want poor people to have clothes and shoes etc. WHY are the donated items so expensive. People we have to think of the POOR who can't afford to buy a donated second hand jacket for $20 at this shop. The donated jacket should be $5. This shop is a rip off and I am angry and disappointed for the poor who really need these charity shops which are NO longer charity shops. Shame on you!

Used to love this place. But find it getting more & more expensive to shop. Too overpriced. Just realized that when I found the Salvo nearby on Clarendon St was much cheaper.
