I visited your wonderful store in Albert Park today whilst visiting from WA. A couple of hours and several dollars spent on some of your wonderful fashion items. Love, love, love the store. Not impressed, for a store that sells such high end goods. Firstly item was addressed incorrectly by them and when I rang them to find out when the delivery went wrong they took no responsibility and asked me to start ringing around the post office and then asked if i couldn't go visit the post office myself if anyone else could do it for me. Item finally got delivered but they never followed up to check. Secondly bought two pairs of wool cashmere socks. In the same cold wash one pair came out fine, the other pair has shrunk and wouldn't fit a child. Had to be thrown in the bin.
Both stores in Melbourne list online google search as being open today, Saturday 03.04. Visited the store in Albert Park; closed with notice on the door notifying visitors that the store would be closed throughout the Easter period. Just as quick, in fact faster, to update times online. Very disappointing. Phoned Hawthorn within the timeframe mentioned online as being open and... no answer.
A beautiful store, customer service goes above and beyond. Great for finding unique garments that are worth the investment - you'll be wearing these pieces forever.
Very disappointing experience during covid, unable to try an item on, my online purchase is too big, now they refuse to credit, or refund, given they have no other sizes. Grossly unfair given size charts are notoriously unreliable. Very miffed and wouldn't bother with hem again.
Beautiful, edgy, magic place, my favourite shop in Melbourne.
