Dropped in to get my sunglasses mended after accidentally sitting on them in the car. When I returned to pick them up, I asked how much I owed. The owner said it was no charge. Wow, what a gesture... not only did he repair them perfectly but he refused to accept payment. Such a gentleman. I can’t recommend Eyezone enough!
This is a beautiful store with the latest fashion in eye wear. Most impressive of all was the exquisite service that I received. I felt really comfortable and made to feel great. Thank you so much for all your lovely customer service and am looking forward to picking up my new Dita frames. Highly recommend!
I have been going to Eyezone Emporium for a number of years. Eye tests and the Malvern store and the Albert Park store to seek styling advice from the wonderful, Sue Feldy. Without any word of a lie, I am complimented on my glasses at least once a week. Havinf moved away from Melbourne to the Gold Coast in 2017, I still fly down to Eyezone Emporium to not only for my own glasses but also, my wife and kids. I honestly have never had better customer service....................period.
Had a great experience, after explaining that I needed a pair of perception glass for cycling. They gave me a number solutions using the Rudy Project product. The final product surpassed my expectation Rydon with perception lenses. They arrived earlier than promised the whole experience was painless and professional. Thank You

Went to all the glasses shops in Malvern. Eyezone was the most helpful and had the best range. Prices are competitive with online for the same frames.
Very BAD experience, I went into store to try some frames then I wanna try one in the shelf, and the staff said, it is about $895, I said yes, I wanna try it on, then she said it again it is $895, are u sure u wanna try? I said yes, and she took it out from the shelf. Never come again.
Mark the owner is so Rude, just think about making money and no respect at all for the customers.
