Good store... would have rated 5 stars but they ranged the high end designer brand, same product offering here as here they do in the city. For anyone not near the city its a bit if a trip to have to go to the city to shop high end brands for handbags etc. Given Chadstone is offers throughout the centre premium brands in Vic doesn't make sense not to have same designer brands offering available at Chadstone within David Jones
Wide range of Ladies and gents garments and other accessories. One good place to shop among many others at the same premises.
I really find this store intriguing due to the wide variety of brands and items im able to buy whereas in Myer they do not have some of the niche products that im after such as the Parfums de marly fragrance. These guys stock their products more frequently and which is why id go with David Jones. Furthermore, i found the staff very helpful, i was for a tracksuit to buy and they helped me find the correct sizing. The customer service is amazing. I would highly recommend the David jones in Chadstone. Then again it would ultimately depend on what you are after!. I've bought majority of my fragrances from David Jones, they are authentic and you are paying for what you get. I would rather pay a few extra dollars to ensure that they are real. The sales person also helped me choose a suitable fragrance. As you see i have a few fragrances, i have visited this store multiple times and each visit i was amazed.
We came in at approx 8:30pm Friday night. Had about 15 pieces with us attempting to try on everything all at once. Alex AA was extremely patient, kind, helpful and strategic. Helped us make our way through all the items whilst following the 4 item store policy. Was an absolute champ, great attitude with impeccable customer service for the most annoying customers 15mins before closing time. Great multitasking too!
2-3 weeks ago, we went to David Jones to buy the toy for our daughter. It happened that the manager of toy department was there and heard our complaint to the other staff. He came and had conversations with us. He was very patient and considering. We left our phone number, and he said he will give us a ring tomorrow Mon. We didn't really keep our hope high. We received the call from David Jones on Monday and solved our issue. We happily went and bought the toy! We are very appreciated the service we received from him!
Ideally Located inside Chadstone Shopping Centre's High end Brand Stores, David Jones offers a broad variety of quality brand goods, that range from Fashion to Homeware . The ambience is welcoming, well lit, nicely decorated and arranged merchandise. Service is very friendly and helpful.. A great place to come to.
I visited the Men's formal ware section earlier this year looking for accessories for my wedding suit. Dion assisted me and his service was incredible! He took me across all the brands so I could find my perfect tie and tie clip! I loved my experience he did amazing, thankyou!

DAVID JONES.. Nice to meet you.. Decorate - Never meet him before.. so keep it one .. .. The promotion not doing good enough in Glen Waverley.. Can see different a lot David Jones Chadstone .. If only need to spend 130.00 to get 10.00 coupons, then better consider How does it feeling spending.. Beautiful place and design ample light illuminates every corner of the shopping mall.
Went to the store today, and wanted to purchase a bag for 600$ , we waited for 45mins for assistance and once we paid for everything the lady forgot to put our dust bag with our purchase. The lady was so rude and when we asked for the bag we wanted she asked if we were going to pay for it. Not happy with the service
