I'm so grateful for this wonderful Medical Practice with the friendly, helpful and smiling faces of the reception girls. Yesterday I had to do a " walk in" appointment, Dr Mahmood happily seen to my needs as she has done before, and even though she is not my regular doctor Dr Akbar is I can 100% recommend her as a caring, friendly and professional Doctor. Always a good experience at Runcorn Family Medical.

Extremely rude and unhelpful receptionists. Doctors are nice but front staff is disgusting.I have visited the clinic many times and I don’t remember a single time the front staff has talk to me politely, no smile and no politeness in their tone.Always rude to their level best. I understand that the clinic is mostly busy but still learn some etiquette to treat people nicely. We pay for the service and deserve to be treated well.

The Doctors and Nursing staff are great second to none. The  reception has issues as I found out today. They never pick up  the phone. You get and automated message about the times of opening and if you call is an emergency and if the reception hasn't pick up hang up and dail again.  I did that for over twenty plus minutes and no call was answered. The system they are using makes them appear to be very unprofessional also with the automated at no time do they mention you can book online.  Positives Great Nursing team Great Doctors Doctors and nurses are good at dealing with children Doctors do care about their patients  your not just a number to them  Negatives Reception are understaffed and over worked at the best of times New phone system is confusing and unprofessional Appointment wait times are a little too long.

This practice is amazing Dr Zubair Bhatti is One of best doctor I seen so far. Very caring listen the patient very carefully and best dignose . God bless

Our family has been attending this practice for few years. We normally see Dr. Maimuna Akbar one best doctor I could recommend out there myself, I deeply value the skill, care and capacity of the team. I highly recommend

Great experience for my appointment today. Reception staff members were very helpful. A busy practice but well managed.

Either you book appointment or not you have to wait more than hour to see the doctor and its time to change a new doc. As this practice is not reliable anymore. Receptionist is too arrogant no words.

I have been visiting this practice for about an year and I am very satisfied with the services. Good response time, friendly staff and an overall smooth experience.

Worst experience ever.waited 1 hr for doctor maimuna akbar for my appointment while she is seeing other patients who came after me.I told the receptionist two times that whats happening.Doctor seeing the patients coming after me but she didnot give me any suitable reason or answer and keep checking on other people.So i have to come back home without making with appointment and the worst thing is they didnot even feel or say sorry.

Fantastic service! I needed to get a PCR test to travel. I got the results on time and was treated very well by everyone there.
