We are staying in one of the wonderful lodges, it is spotless which is amazing. We brought our two children along who have had a blast on the play ground, jumping pillow, trampolines and in the pools. The mineral pools are a highlight during the day and at night they light up giving something more to the experience, you can swim rain or shine in these pools since they are heated. The staff are friendly and there are heaps of great facilities, I loved the family room and the kitchen is spotless I haven’t seen a holiday park this clean before we are blown away with everything, this holiday park is right next to a park full of geysers which is FREE to see and there’s so many FREE attractions around here. What a great place thank you to Jasmine and her team for such a great experience.

Ideally situated for access to the city ( 8 min walk) and by car to many of the experiences this area offers. Recommend the sky line gondola trip to see the fabulous views of Rotorua and the Luge where you can choose between a scenic or fast descent dependent on how fast you want to go in your individual cart. Parents can travel with their child. It’s great for all ages and it’s very easy to operate the carts in fact you are not allowed to descend until you can demonstrate that you can stop and start proficiently. At the bottom you board a chair lift back to the start. Hard hats are provided and you can choose to ride as many times as you wish. The more you ride the cheaper it is up to a max single ticket if 7 rides. Tickets for the Luge can be bought at the bottom or top so you can make your decision on whether to do it or not after seeing it! If you choose not to then enjoy the views grab a bite to eat or dine in style. Or take the wilder experience of a valley swing or zip wire! Fabulous

Loved our stay here at the TOP 10. The lady at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful with information. She gave us recommendations, and gave us a tour of the park. Exceptional customer service made us feel very welcomed. The pool, hot pool, and facilities & amenities are incredible here. Well worth a stay.

Nice place handy to town and shops. Very clean amenities. Great for the kids. 2 pools. One for swimming and a hot pool. I enjoyed this camp ground.

A good campsite within walking distance of town. Very good for families with bouncing pillow, pool and climbing frames. Hot pools are great. Kitchens clean and well equipped. Toilets and showers clean. Downsides. Quite expensive compared to others in the region. And a big bug bear you get locked out of the kitchen and TV lounge at 10.30.Really!!! I felt like a child being told to go to bed. When we stayed there was a major storm in the area so not able to sit outside.
