A beautiful setting & a great place to get away & clear your head. Lovely swimming spots & a nice crowd of people, when the season is busy. Sadly not animal\dog friendly. Often hindered by a lady & her husband asking people to leave if they have pets.

Great camping with friends. Lots of DOC rules. No dogs, etc. Toilets require maintenance. Campsite first in, first served. We been camping the for 20 years now.

Used to love camping there went there today and was really shocked at how different it is now. No warden and the place is extremely unkept now. Very sad to see 😯

Just around the lake from the Brett road camp ground with it's plum and apple trees. The Ash Pit site is comfortable enough.

We are regular campers at this camp and were the Camp Managers for 7 seasons. We love the country atmosphere here, the beautiful Lake, birdlife and happy campers.
