Really good pie right smack in Queenscliff. We had the chicken pie and the apple slice which were both really good. Definitely worth a visit if you are around the area.

Overall 3.5/5nnI had a chunky beef pie, which was good. It's not the best I've had as it was missing more chunky beef and a good thick gravy. The gravy was watery and not the best. 3/5nnMy sausage roll was a winner. 5/5nnMy partner had a mushroom and truffle pie, which was really tasty, although for me, the truffle was too strong. 4/5nnThe salad roll was just ok, apparently. Not the best. The bun was dry. 2/5nnWe shared a vanilla slice with raspberry jam, and this was good, although I only had a small taste. 3.5/5nnMaybe I had higher expectations given all the previous awards this place has won?
Very underwhelming pies.nI was pretty excited by all the ' best pie' / ' pie' of the year's awards they displayed all over the place but I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the steak, bacon and cheese pie I got, the lamb my husband ordered and even the sausage rolls my girls got. Not terrible but I wouldn't bother again.nThe staff were friendly and service was good.
Our pies were perfect as they had tasty fillings & weren't soggy. And you get free tomato sauce sachet. We also had a jam/cream vanilla slice which, although hard to eat without making a mess, was also yummy.
