Went in store to get a top I missed online as my size had sold out. Upon arriving I received a really friendly and cheerful greeting from Tina, she knew exactly what I was after when I described it and was so lovely to talk to. I know it was only a small part of her day but her positive vibe rubbed off on me and really made my day!

I had an excellent experience in store last week. I've looked many times before but this was my first in-store purchase. I had my toddler with me and was a bit unsure of what I wanted it was a gift. The sales assistant was able to check my friend's size, style and colour purchase history to guide my shopping. She was proactive in helping me find all parts I wanted to buy in the correct sizes and even let Mr 2 scan all the items in huge win in his eyes. I wouldn't hesitate to go back again, I left feeling very happy with my purchase and experience.
I went there last Sunday, and I believe her name is Christina. She was absolutely fantastic, she helped me every minute trying to find activewear and bras that would fit. I have never seen any customer service like that, in such a long time. I work in retail also, so I understand how it works. Christina was absolutely sensational. The clothing is such high quality as well.
