I would like to share my great experience with Brooke, who was working Sunday, 3rd April @ Grand Central Toowoomba, Cotton on Kids. She was absolutely fantastic. She really interacted with my daughter, was patient, and friendly great customer service. My daughter picked out these cool pink boots, and Brooke helped her put them on and even tried to teach her to tie her laces. Truly great customer service from Brooke! It's good to see some businesses still have customer service motivated staff. So Thank you Brooke for making our experience a great one!
the red headed girl working at 1:30pm on 3/10 needs learn how to greet customers that walk into her store. i said hello to her and still then she couldn’t manage to get a word out. rude. management need to teach staff what customer service is, as after all, it is a customer service role.
Extremely expensive and the quality and style of the cloths dose not justify the expense. Kids go through clothing so fast that $50 for one item that's so small and so flimsy seems ridiculous. I found an item in target that was so similar, infact nicer, and better quality then the one here and it was $25.
Nice and simply shop for kids clothes with the right price for the styles and quality. They have from newborns to children’s and there is something for every kids. You can receive a loyalty card for your following visit for up to 10% when you purchase. The staff carried the Cotton On service standards being both prompt and polite.
Great, friendly service, always greeted with a smile. Well priced and a nice big store.
