Reviews
Both my sister and I entered the store, we were not greeted. Our presence wasn't even acknowledged at all. At the time which was 12.05pm, we were the only customers in the store. To make matters worse it appeared to be a manager and another co worker. Another customer walked into the store and they were immediately greeted and asked if they needed help. By which time we still weren't acknowledged. So we left. As women of color , we could tell why. We still love sport girl, just didn't love the experience we had today.
Rude staff with either zero knowledge of store policy or just straight out lazy. Refused to check gift card balance unless we bought an item first.
