Shopping at Grand Central shopping centre in Toowoomba and after checking in to the shopping centre and going through many shops i arrived at Lowes and picked out a xmas shirt and shorts. At the counter a sales person named Emily wearing a covid mask asked if i checked into store and i told her no the shopping centre. She then proceeded to get a laptop to check me in and i said no im checked into centre. She said its mandatory and i disagree so she lost the sale and i bought next door at Target. Thanks Em
Very disappointed in the service. The staff I dealt with were abrupt and unwelcoming into the store. If somewhere else had the big men’s range at the affordable prices I would ever go there again.

Refurbished recently. Hasn't changed much except they have moved the service counter. Friendly staff, but disappointed they didn't have what I was looking for.
