Absolute best customer service! We were shopping for my mums dress for my wedding in 10 days, the shop across the path had just asked us to get my kids out of their store even though they were in a trolley. Sheike offered a bag and highlighters for the twins to colour in, they sat on the ground and spoke to them when I was busy with mum. Honestly I could of cried with how damn beautiful they were, they made us feel so welcome ESPECIALLY the gorgeous blonde with a bob she was wearing a pink top and orange pant… your amazing. Highly recommend the Toowoomba store 100%
Well I am absolutely blown away by the customer service within the store, the ladies who work here not to mention the store manager are genuinely there to make your shopping experience breath taking - I was absolutely amazed with the incredible service I had received. The amount of support and guidance was amazing, lets face it nothing more challenging to go shopping on your own without getting a friend opinion to help a girl out. Which wasnt an issue, the store mgr was able to fully manage 4 customers in the change room with their outfits, suggest things if the customer wasnt to keen on parts of an outfit and bring different tops or bottoms if required. Plus earrings. For me I walked into the store just have a browse, cause honestly I have never purchased anything from Sheike before and never thought it was a store of clothing style for me. Well am pleased I did, I walked out with a new dress, and new confidence with puffy sleeves - cause that aint usually me- but no take backs. Love my dress and freaking loved the service. Thank you so much!
