The new Bonds Explorer socks are simply awful. They don't stay up and they ride down into your boots and give me blisters as they are a rubbish product nowadays. If I could give zero stars, I would !

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Not happy with Bonds Toowoomba store my daughter bought me a birthday present on the 18th of January on the 19th we went back to the store to exchange for a smaller size but was refused we had the receipt but they still would not give me a smaller size. I will never shop there again and will tell as many people as possible to not ever shop there as well who needs this when we are busy people.

Extremely poor, rude, abrupt customer service from a young lady with a lovely face piercing working Sunday afternoon  26th January. She wouldn’t be hired in any other store in Toowoomba, Brisbane or Australia. She was more interested in standing around gossiping and became what she thought was dominant when engaged in conversation. Started the conversation with oooowwddd yaaa go?? I’m sure she will enjoy working retail for the rest of her life but doubt she will be able to hold down a position for long with such a bad attitude and personality. Well hired Bonds.. obviously limited applications at the moment.
