Amazing service. All of the ladies that work there are so lovely. Have never had a bad experience, even if I’ve had to return items the girls are so nice and helpful. Also the clothes are great quality and comfortable.
I couldn"t believe how professional yet personal the staff are. They give their all to have you leave with a completed outfit and accessories. I'll be back!!!
The lady followed me and watched me like I was a thief. Very rude and uncomfortable. Just had a hospital visit. Wasn't feeling or looking the best and she made my day worse. My sister asked me to pick up a pair of pants worth 100 dollars. So even after spending a hundred dollars she made me feel like scum. I worked in retail so I know the difference between being helpful and pre accusation! Shame on you City chic!

Shannon at the Toowoomba store is an absolute gem. She makes me comfortable every time I visit. She knows my body shape so much better than I do! Your company is truly blessed to have such an asset in the team!
Please do not buy the bras from this store. About three months after I purchased two bras, nude and black. The straps broke on both. One sales representative was great, replaced the bra straight away, however the next sales representative was awful telling me that ‘Bras only last 3-6 mths’ which is absolutely not true. Anyway, about a month after the bras were replaced, the straps broke AGAIN. I can’t get a replacement because they didn’t give me a new receipt for the new bras. I’m sorry but if I’m paying around $100 for a bra, you bet your bottom dollar I expect it to last longer than three months. Would absolutely not recommend shopping here at all for bras.
Friendly and helpful staff! Took my mother to buy a dress for my wedding which we were nervous about doing as both of us hardly wear formal dresses however the staff were so sweet and really helpful, letting us browse and offering help and friendly service. We left with a beautiful dress, ready to rock the wedding scene.
The lady Shannon I believe is amazing and very helpful even though we came in a bit late she was very accommodating and tried to help with everything we asked could not recommend more!
Staff are always super helpful, and the clothes are just fantastic quality. I have three dresses that I wear literally every week from here! The shop moved about 7 weeks ago, it's no longer on level 2 near the food court but is instead located level 1 near H&M.
Always feel welcome here, the girls are so friendly and helpful. The store is beautiful too, nice and open and loads tidy. Keep up the great work ladies!
