Absolutely ridiculous wait times. More then understanding about people having worse problems then myself , but it is called a walk in for a reason. The administration staff are very lovely , except for two encounters i’ve had and both young ladies have been very rude and reluctant to help anyone.

Great if rushed reception staff, most doctors are misogynistic and poorly educated. One rude doctor remembers to always take my blood pressure but another is convinced my weight is the reason for all my illnesses instead of the other way round, for some! One had never heard of enduring depression, the night shift doc ages ago had me wait ages to be seen late at night then cracked it when I needed a normal appointment and told me to come back tomorrow! Some wonderful doctors have moved on, I found Dr Patu nice. I keep using this centre as I have a few illnesses needing lots of repeat scripts and my preferred doc is far away and uses appointments which are hard to get into. Dr Rezvani is a great and clever lady doctor, some of the doctors there are actually well educated and clever in spite of possibly being less communicative. I Have always found the Vampires ( Blood takers or Venepuncturists) very kind and efficient, with little pain or problems. This is important to most! PS dear Docs, weight can be a side effect of autoimmune hormone problems, and getting it off is easier when you can remember who you are and get out of bed. Try treating serious iron deficiency, sleep apnea and thyroid issues for a start, before you even consider commenting and putting down someone who has successfully managed their weight in the past.

Really disappointing service from the dark haired receptionist in the bright green shirt at 3.30pm on the 4th may in the xray/scan area.... Rolled her eyes at me and made a huge sigh when she had to check with a specialist about my scans. No cultural sensitivity and sounded like she either had a hard day and didnt want to be there or maybe she just didnt care at all. Really poor service. However the girls at the front main reception was awesome...so sad i didnt want to go back to that pervious area to have my scan....even though im in pain. Will find another scan place who maybe more helpful.

Very good 'production line' medical centre. Many doctors of varying bedside manner and skill. Great location and suites. Front desk staff excellent.

Don't waste your time going here, total disorganisation !!! I booked an online appointment for 1:15pm with a specific doctor, arrived at 1pm saying my son's appointment was 1:15pm checked in with the reception several times, only to be told at 1:50pm that the online system was wrong and the appointment was for 2pm and he was running late. I had to leave to pick up my daughter and was promised to be seen at 3:45pm .... again arrived at 3:35pm told yes your appointment is at 3:45pm. At 3:45 the doctor arrived grabbed his list for the afternoon and then took another patient, then another. I ended up leaving. Don't waste your time going here, total disorganisation !!!
