Consistently good meals and service. A regular favourite ‘go to’ cafe for catch up with family and friends. Both indoor and outdoor seating and pet friendly for outdoor dining.
Great local venue and a nice place for breakfast or lunch. Recommend the fritters or hot cakes. Can get busy at times so allow for that.

Arrived at around 1pm. Ordered food around 1.20pm. Had a couple of coffees while we waited, and we were chatting so time passed fairly quickly. A waitress came to tell us at 2.30 that they were closing up soon. I said we still hadn't received our food. Oh sorry, we forgot to put your food order in. They didn't charge us for the coffees, but it was seriously poor service.
Chicken burger was over spiced and the manager was rude when my partner couldn't eat it. My partner wasn't well and and manager responded with " Is it the food or that you are not well!!" Said he would look into it rather than refund or offer another meal. We were only there because pathology said my partner needed food so veins would show when he returned to pathology. Will never return.

Walked in to have lunch. Was directed to take a table for 2. My husband and I walked over and found table had been used and food on the seat. We decided to take table for 4 next to it. Waitress said loud enough to be heard from bar. Sure, why not. Take that table. That's a table for 2. Restaurant more then 50% empty. So rude! Decided to walk out. Won't be eating there ever.
My local hang-out cafe and restaurant, with a no-nonsense approach to seating any number for coffee through a full meal. Also, there is a coffee portal window for those not wanting to go inside. A covered area outside is another option, and it's beside the playground.Food: 5/5
My favourite place in the area for coffee! Ill come here every chance I can get. I've eaten here quite alot over the years and everything has always been delicious, although, sometimes there's a bit of a wait. They have always been exceptionally kind and helpful with friends I've been with who either had food allergies or preferred eating habits. They catered to them all with a smile. One mouthful of their delicious raspberry jam once actually bought me to tears as it bought back many happy childhood memories with my Poppy who used to make raspberry jam.
The usual great service. always attentive but never Intrusive. food was great if not a bit too much for me this visit.Food: 5/5
