I purchased a property managed by Robyn Whitfield with the only condition being a professional bond clean by the tenants. Upon settlement day, the house was left filthy with not even a basic clean of the bathrooms, toilets and kitchen. The grass was mowed surprisingly. Almost a year later I have not used the oven/rangehood even after scrubbing them out. Even worse than the standard of the bond clean, was dealing with Robyn herself. It turned out that the smoke alarm system was faulty and going off non-stop for days disturbing the neighborhood prior to us moving in. Struggling to find a contractor, I contacted Robyn directly to find out the installer's contact number for which she indignantly informed me that "it wasn't his problem since it was the landlord the electrician who installed the system himself". I could be wrong, but if you happen to have a problem with your smoke alarm system, wouldn't you try to get the electrician who put it in, trouble shoot for you?
Always helpful , any request repairs have been actioned in timely manner. Currently renting property well cared for , any questions or support always provided by agency. Probably best experience I have had with any agency & rental.
I am a home owner who has used Robyn Whitfield as rental managers for over 10 years and have always found them very professional. I have recently had a negative situation with tenants and Sue and her team conducted themselves throughout professionally plus supported myself. I have nothing but praise and appreciation to the Robyn Whitfield team.
While the employees were pleasant. The rent that they charged was over priced. When it was time to renew contract we asked if they would reduce the rent by $10 a week. They declined so we left. After moving out they lowered the price by $30 a week for the next tennents. Furthermore they were the only real estate ever to charge us for water use. We have rented with 5 different real estates in the past and never charged for water except for this real estate.
We have used Robyn Whitfield Properties for over 9 years and have always provided a professional service to any situation, They are very helpful whenever there may be a problem.
Never used this company don't even live in the same state but still get a phone call from them.. when I say they have the wrong number I get told iam lieing they have run this number yep so they know that I am this client.. they were so rude when I said no you have the wrong number please don't ring me again...
Really rude unprofessional don't even try applying for a Rental through them they'll either Bs you or not reply! Stay clear!
The worse experience ever. Talk about a lair. That certainly fits. Don't believe a word you hear. It gives stupidity a whole new meaning.
