Harcourts Burpengary / Narangba

We͏ bought a property through Nyssa at Harcourts in May. Throughout the whole experience Nyssa was very supportive and provided us with help whenever we needed it. From the first inspection to settlement which concluded in July, 60 days Nyssa always made herself available for whatever questions we had, which we were very grateful for as it was a difficult market for buyers and demand outweighed supply. Nyssa also recommended a great conveyancer and Building & Pest, all of which did an excellent job and having that recommendation certainly helped with reducing the stress of looking around for good providers of these services. All in all we couldn't fault the experience we had with Nyssa and due to the excellent service she provided we achieved a great outcome.

Today is 24 October 2021. I approached Nyssa on 27 September 2021 as I am considering selling my investment property. With no progress forthcoming I sent a follow up email on 6 October requesting a response to my request. Still no action. So I have a lovely house for sale and they are clearly not interested or bothered with the opportunity to sell. Pretty slack to say the least. Take my advice and find another agent.
