First of all they were my property managers for 6 weeks. Gave me one week to decide if I wanted to pay an extra $170 a week for a house that floods all the time. Cotswold street in Morayfield constantly floods. I am not saying it’s 17 directly. Grey water also comes up through the floor in the bathroom every 1-2 years. The rent wanted from $380-$550 I wanted to negotiate. Was told non negotiable only to see the rent was put up at $530 per week. Also was told that it would go up to $500 which I agreed to previously. If you want a better real estate to deal with whilst renting choose another one that is not just out for money. Maybe rare these days, but there are some. I have a great one now.

Edit: After my original complaint, and getting nothing but incompetence, along with the help and advice of the RTA and a Tenancy Advice Lawyer, Emailed up the corporate chain, Managed to get someone with a bit more sanity behind them, who has agreed to not only get the issues fixed, but offer us a new lease.... I wouldn't say the outcome is perfect, They literally tried to evict us based on nothing, but its an outcome none-the-less. I've been informed that they will be emailing QCAT to withdraw their Warrant of Possession they tried to get. TL:DR, I cant recommend them but we still have a house to live in. Original Review. We've been trying to get them to fix Smoke alarms That straight up dont work and leaking roof for over 2 years. Finally decided to Remedy breach them for Smoke alarms, Leaking roof and now what looks like mold in the roof + some general repairs Not even an hour later they send us a notice to leave - "Non-Livability" They said. 24 hours to get vacate and find a new place to live... They get one star, because i cant give 0/5.

Very poor service and communication, would not recommend this agency as a landlord. Multiple property managers, a revolving door , and inadequate response when attempted to address this with the principal . Agency do not look after their clients interests , even when concerns are expressed, they do not care about their reputation or looking after their clients.
It’s a real shame when the Licensee Steve Hay comes into your home and shames you for your $2 tea towel on your oven, while doing an appraisal, and then scoffs when you tell him your intentions with the property. The property was not being shown, it was an appraisal and thoughts such as those should be kept to oneself. The level of unprofessionalism was embarrassing, I’ll never use this business again.
