Can't believe how easy these guys made the process of buying our first home! We had heaps of questions and all were answered prompty. 

High level of professionalism combined with that old school morale made the whole ordeal go smoothly. 

Very happy with the level of service and would recommend to anyone wanting that "In it for you" feel. Lowest commissions around but still deliver an A++ effort!

From the very first meeting of Brock and Dan the whole sale of our house has been smooth sailing. The boys have given us advise on what to change and were willing to help us meet these needs in a timely manner. Our house was on the market for 4 days before we had a contract. I would highly recommend you contact B&D reality for an appraisal before you look any further. Thanks heaps guys it has been a pleasure working with you.

My partner and I purchased a house from this agent. Little things were not disclosed to us. We were not given a time for hand over and sadly Dan could not wait 10 minutes for us to arrive home for hand over. He left the keys around the back and we never heard from him again. Very sad considering this was the first home we bought and he could not be bothered to wait 10 minutes. Clearly a man simply in it for the money. Would not recommend.

Brock and Dan... What a great experience working with these guys.  None of the usual realestate carry on or pressure!!

Both buying our new house and selling our existing has been made a breeze with these blokes and their team.

From getting our house sale ready, organising trades, cleaning etc to 9.30pm visits to make sure things got accross the line.

Cheers guys!! Job well done!
