Never go through boss real estate they suck you in and they won't repair anything.  But they want the rent. Penny is so rude as well. I wouldn't of given them 1 star but I had to. don't rent 2/10 bishop rd beachmere. The gutters are full of grass and tree's growing out of it. Aslo the drains to the shower has tree roots grown in them . Door lock won't wprk either.

These guys I highly recommend, they go above and beyond to make sure your experience with them is done with perfection. They made a very sad time for us pain free with no hassles. In the selling of my grandmothers house, these guys made us feel like they actually cared. If we had to go through it again, we wouldn't change a thing. These are real experts. So thank you again Joe, nothing was too troubling for you! We appreciate everything!

Thanks to the team at boss express I was able to successfully purchase my first home. Smooth and easy guidance with Great communication to match. Great to see good old friendly service still exists. Best real estate I've experienced by far.

Steer clear of this agency! I strongly urge anyone else who has suffered at the hands of the Director/Principal to report her to the Office of Fair Trading.
