Beware of this place. Most blocks of land facing almost West opposite the so called "environmental park end up being rated N3 (W41) wind rating after soil testing is done. Funny how nobody, (developers or builders),  tell potential buyers about this in advance. If people are not being advised of increased building costs due to the known higher wind rating from the start, it is misleading in the extreme.  Same applies to people not advising potential buyers that dwellings near the future park have to have to be built to a BAL. (Bushfire Attack level), which also pushes up the cost signifigantly. This is necessary as it has to be done, but why go silent and not mention it in the first instance? And builders wonder why people often prefer to purchase established houses not on new estates.

It's my first experience with buying land and Aidan and Lorraine - indeed the entire office - have made the experience painless. After visiting other land releases and getting the hard word from them it was nice to deal with people who were just happy to answer the questions I had. Highly recommended!
