Dr Rebecca Ford is absolutely wonderful. She has such a lovely, approachable manner and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and you can tell she truly wants the best for her clients. I always feel comfortable and well looked after in her care. Highly recommend!
Judith the manager was absolutely passive aggressive, dismissive, constantly saying saying my name as an end of a sentence, as you would berating a child Judith! Then when I ask her to stop doing that, she blamed be for the way I felt.nnShe lied about the referral requirements for Medicare saying a doctor cannot give the referral until scans have been completed. Another LIE! She then told me that my doctor did not say she would send me that she would send the referral that day, she was just trying to remember the surgeons name, calling me liar! My doctor is awesome, she is very busy with life and that's ok, people forget things, again that's ok. Can I please get another doctor to give me the referral, as they are also very busy for bookings wait time from 1 to 6 months away, Judith denied this. Then after I pulled her up on that, saying that I’ve received a referral this way before, she deinked that was the truth as well, calling me a liar. She then said that sounded I didn't have faith in my doctor which I never stated at all my doctor saved my life, how dare she implicate that I have lost my faith for my doctor.nThen she stated that it is better if I didn't return to the clinic. LOL What a total Narcissist. She is wrong in every part of the interaction, Judith is in the is in the wrong industry and should leave this clinic as she is not an asset but a heavy weight with no empath, no compassion and no business acumen.nnThe irony is that I still don't have the referral I paid for.
Very happy with Robina Village Medical Centre. The reception staff are always welcoming and helpful, and the doctors provide excellent care. Great service overall!
I haven't been with this practice long but so far I've received 5 star treatment from Dr Marlis Ryan and the reception staff.nnThank you.
Disappointed because dr ford was amazing! She was very compassionate and helpful with my anxiety BUT THE RECEPTION! I booked in for a procedure one week from my appointment to the following Thursday, my appointment card also shows this only for the reception to ring me with disgusting attitude telling me I’d missed my appointment on the Tuesday. So not only have they booked me wrongly, they tried to demand I pay a no show fee. Icing on the cake is the fact they didn’t even offer me to reschedule for when we could next despite it being a procedure so here I am, nearly a week later still in pain for not having the removal I needed. DISGUSTING display from the centre. Instead of caring for me as a patient I’m now in agony trying to find somewhere else to go for the procedure. This could have been communicated so much better but instead the receptionist was nothing but an attitude riddled, compassion lacking, ego and hate filled women.
