Absolutely blown away by the fantastic service that I received by Daniel and the team at Robert Cliff! The reveal of my customised engagement ring was incredible and definitely the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen. The future wife was very emotional to get it and the good news is that she said yes! Once again, I’d like to thank the team at Robert Cliff, best decision I’ve made by choosing them design my dream ring!
A massive thank you to Daniel and Donna for helping create my new ring. I loved my wedding and engagement ring but since my husband passed I found it hard to wear them. After nearly 6 years I got the courage to have them remodeled. My request to them was to use all the gold and diamonds and not look like an engagement ring. They nailed it!!! It’s perfect. As a special sentimental touch they had our wedding date engraved on the inside. Thank you once again for your amazing work and the tissues for my tears of happiness at the end result. I recently had a tailored emerald ring made by Robert Cliff Master Jewellers. I had a loose emerald stone and wanted this to be set into a ring. I originally met with Lisa who was absolutely amazing. She provided fantastic service and guidance. The ring was designed and made by Daniel. He sent me several drawings of the ring designed and I had phone consultations with him. He understood exactly what I wanted and the end result was just perfect. I cannot recommend Rober Cliff highly enough. Great customer service and great jewellery! I will be using them again!

I recently had Robert Cliff jewellers design a Claddagh styled Irish wedding ring for me in white gold to replace my original one that had to be cut off. They designed the ring in double quick time we had conversations about how it looked sizing etc. I was happy with their overall design so I went ahead with it. Got it today and boy am I pleased it is wonderful. Thanks for your excellent service.
Excellent staff, I have dealt with three different staff members and they were all exceptional as they spend time and really get to know what you want. I have bought 2 rings and also a beautiful pair of ear rings that are all of fantastic quality. I will definitely go back again and highly recommend them to anyone.
