First decided to shop here on the basis of good reviews I saw here. I guess you can't judge a book by it's cover. I originally wished to purchase a watch for my wife's 30th and did so, making the 1st mistake of paying up front to negotiate a good deal on a Raymond Weil, which I was told by one of the owners' sons that it was in Briabane and would take a week to ship, allowing me to pick it up before her birthday. 2.5 weeks later, I was told he hasn't ordered it because, "It has to come from Switzerland and I wasn't sure if you wanted to get something else or order that one and wait." So I came back, fuming, and picked out a different watch - and my wife settled on 2nd best. The service was beyond bad. Granted, there is clearly a manufacturers fault with a brand watch, but the way this business has conducted itself around it, by ducking my calls, delivering sub-par service and showing disregard is appalling. *edit* this was all resolved by the owner, who corrected the entire situation.

I would recommend Robert Cliff Master Jewellers to anyone who is planning to invest in a good quality piece of jewellery. Not only are their prices for handmade jewellery beatable but the quality is fully genuine and of the highest calibre. I recently had my Grandmothers engagement ring remodelled and am thrilled with the design that Robert came up with! My wedding rings are also made by RCMJ and I am just so pleased with the quality and design. They are a trusted family business that provides outstanding service.

Robert Cliff Jeweller's turned my very ordinary looking ring I owned into a piece of art. I am more than happy with the result. I would recommend then to every one I know.

I have purchased numerous items from Robert Cliff Master Jewellers over the years, most notiably my wifes engagement & wedding rings. Robert & his team took the time to listen to my ideas & provide me with sound advise which resulted in a truly spectacular & individual piece. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
