I asked the old man how much it would cost for a battery and pin change and he said it would cost $28. Later go to pick up and he charges me $48. Seriously the pin would only cost $2 from a supply shop and take 2 mins to change I don't know how they get away with charging almost $50.

Charged $35 for a battery replacement. It was super quick but I totally got ripped

They are a total rip off. To change a glass cover for my watch they charged me $ 75. And it was the second time I had to get it done from them, the first time a year ago they charged me $ 60. This broke as soon as it fell to the ground once. They are very discourteous and have no customer empathy. Unfortunately there does not seem to be a reasonable good watch repairer in the Hills area..

I got my band adjust by them, they are fast but don't come during busy hours. They have 2 guys fixing watches but you need to be clear what you need before leaving your stuff there cause they are quite messy when they get busy.
