WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I purchased a 6200 ring from these frauds 4 weeks ago and was told I would receive a call to pick up my valuation certificate within 2 weeks this is not all provided straight away when purchasing an expensive item. I call today and received the most awful customer service I was told I now have to wait till the end of June and when I advised I am unable to insure my ring until I have it I was told well made sure you dont lose it, the awful beast who took the call was so rude when I told her I do not appreciate the way she is treating me her words were that's not my problem I advised I will be coming Into store and expect my certificate to be available she then proceeded to advise if I come Into store she will call security and hung up on me... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE DOING THE DODGY AND I WILL BE GOING TO FAIR TRADING
