Received friendly customer service at my original visit to the store. Purchased a pair of Element boots, which started a fast decline in quality after 3 days of minimal use. Even though I was late requesting an exchange, they were incredibly polite, efficient and helpful. When I returned to the store to exchange, staff were again wonderful.
Purchased a set of Shoes $169.95. Took back the next day to refund as the colour wasn't right and didn't have an alternative. Refused refund and then pointed out the small A4 sign, even offered they keep a percentage of the refund $20.00 just for the inconvenience and was still refused. Pretty slack ! Staff was rude to! Steer clear of this shop at DFO!
I went in to buy a pair of Doc Martin's today, not only did they have a large range of colours and sizes, they were quick to offer help and gave me all the necessary advice and tips on maintaining my shoes. I would 100% buy another pair of shoes from them again as I know they wouldn't sell me anything that wouldn't be worth my while.
The staff are too rude when I ask for return of my sandle purchase one day before in 189.95,as the same sandle available online 95 aud, I have brought Birkenstock Milano BS sandle in 189.95 aud which is available online on Kogan for 95 , next day when I ask for either return or do the price match they said they do not do price match and they do not return as well, means if you wrongly buy something it’s your fault not their fault. it’s Worst experience ever , I will never buy anything from here again. At the end this sandle cost me double , please always check online before buying from this store as once you buy they will not return at all.
Lady working there seemed cranky at first interaction. After I had tried on 2 pairs of shoes she told me I couldn't try on anymore as they are not a "try on service"... how do you buy shoes without trying them on 1st.
This place is a shambles. Stuff everywhere and no one had any idea where anything was. Incomprehensible how it functions. Truly truly baffling.

Staff were very reluctant to help, rude and borderline argumentative. Very overpriced - wouldn't return or support the business.
Though their stock of shoes might not be that diverse, yet they have got a few popular brands, including Hush puppies and David Marlow. You might also find most of their shoes at a discount.
