I asked a clerk for help with sizes. When I showed her the shoe I wanted to try and my size, she said that Puma doesn't do half sizes which was a lie since I was wearing Puma shoes at the time and was wearing a half-size shoe. She then said it only comes in women's sizes which was another lie since the label on the shoe said that it was in a men's style. I asked her if she was sure that it didn't come in men's sizes and she said that she wore men's shoes and so it didn't matter if I was wearing a women's shoe. She then just gave me the box and quickly left. This is such poor service, clearly she didn't care about the customer. Needless to say I didn't buy anything. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I'm glad I went to Ecco a few stores down where they actually took the time to ask what I wanted, measure my feet and find me the right shoes that I was looking for.

Very busy last Sunday but Maddison still made the time to give excellent customer service. Knew what she was doing, great service. Would definitely recommend shopping at this store again. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
Had to change a pair of shoes i got for my nephew as they were the wrong size and got treated with respect and helped to arrange an exchange at 5.55 pm day before a public holiday big smiles and no issues. Thanks ill be back in 8 weeks when he destroys this pair for sure . If you think I'm kidding your wrong.
Highly don't recommend shopping at this store. I got nothing but poor customer service. I was told I was getting my pants in 2-3 days from a chermside store. A week later I call up to see where it is and the manager Tamara told me I would get a call back that afternoon. Next day still no call and speak to Tamara and she said the warehouse would call me that day. Still no call.... Today I call up and again I've been told that the size I had was faulty and there was no pants for me.... No telling me the day I bought it or even couple days in, I had to hassle them to tell me this and yet they tell me I have to go in the store to get a refund which is an hour from me!!!! No store credit or anything for the muck around! I'm really dissapointed as this was my first time shopping through platypus and will be my last!
Corey was so awesome when we came in last weekend to find boots for my partner. He really knew his stuff and was great at sales without being pushy. Thanks for all your help!
