The retail assistant sent me all the way from the Chermside store to the Jindalee store for a pair of shoes, as it was the only one available but failed to tell me that the price at Jindalee was double that of the Chermside store. Clearly retail is rocket science for this lot. Wasted my time, money & fuel .
Went in on a busy Sunday 2nd December 2018 and was welcomed straight away and asked if I needed anything. I came in with no intention to purchase shoes and left with 4 pairs because of the amazing customer service! The girls were young but happy to be there which was great to see. They asked about the sizing and made sure the box had both the same size and even went to the trouble of putting through 2 seperate transactions so I received 2 discounts! Thanks heaps ladies, your help was very much appreciated.

Love the shoes but I only got around 5 wears of one of my heels : also checked online to see their closing times 5:30 on sunday so i could get some after work, went at 4:30 and they were closed : slightly annoying
I specifically went into the chermside store to buy a pair of heels. When I walked in there was no one in the shop. No customers or staff. I grabbed the shoe I wanted and waited at the counter. No staff came out to help me. I then went to the back door and could see no staff. I then waited and waited, still no staff! I then sat down and tried the shoe on but it was too big, while I was sitting down a staff member walked in from outside with her lunch and proceeded to walk past me without any acknowledgement! She then went out the back door and closed the curtain! I then kept waiting assuming she would alert any other staff member that I was in the store but still no staff came out to help me! I'm astounded that the shop was left unattended for so long. I've always shopped at Novo and have never had any problems but after this experience I will never shop at Novo again!
The staff were really rude and when I got home to sunny coast 1hr away there was only one shoe in the box and in the second pair of shoes I brought were swapped for a different pair. The manager the rudest one couldnt give a suggestion on how to return.
Horible customer service. 2 ladies one long blonde hair & second red hair, Friday 6th Dec around 2pm g having a good conversation and did not acknowledged myself & other customers who walked in the store to say hello or approach us. Disappointing them leaning over the counter and chatting deep into their conversation but such a beautiful store.
The service was not great I was greeted but didn't get much help even after asking questions it was very quiet in the store at the time, and the shoebox for the ones I purchased was collapsed so I didn't get one, and less than 3 months on the shoes have fallen apart
AVOID BYING FROM THIS SHOP!! Very disappointed, bought a shoe and it turned out faulty, they refused to exchange or refund it. This shop should be shut down as they are clearly selling very bad quality shoes. I’ll be taking legal action to get my money back as I know I have the right.
