I went here in the morning right when the doors opened. Had issue with my MOAB 2 boots. Renee assisted with the return and exchange Of course I had proper receipts. Renee was polite and courteous. She went above and beyond with assisting me. I was happy that all went well.
We got the best service from the friendly lady working at the store this afternoon, she was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! They didn’t have the size we were looking for at the store unfortunately, but she helped us find them online. Thank you!!
Was looking for some new shoes but unfortunately they didn’t have my size for the two styles I liked. But I must say the bloke working this afternoon was super helpful and welcoming. Will be back again.
What’s the point of this store? Same price as online but a much smaller range. Shouldn’t have wasted the time driving here…
Having used my shoes no more than 4 times, the sole seems to be compressed, but for Costumer Service is normal, even tough in the shop they wanted to change it.

Had to replace a pair of their tactile boots as I got a half a size to small. Not a problem, every staff member I've interacted with have been knowledgeable and customer service is on point
nice selection of shoes, especially when they are on sale, here's a tip park close to the shop as the the whole dfo complex is like a maze and you can spend all your time going round and round! could do with better signs and more directories!
The staff here are amazing. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Keep an eye out for Renee, she’s an absolute gem.
