Terrible service. Poor communication. Claimed there was no issue with the phone but missed the broken screen. Then took them over 3 months to repait a phone screen then, because it took them so long, claim the warranty on the phone had lapsed and demand I pay up. Seen to have basic issues with how to operate their bisiness. Find touch them with a bargepole.
Pathetic. I rang earlier in the week to confirm opening times, go there today and one of their staff yelled at me " does it look like we're open". Been there a few times and they're always rude. Google search shows they are OPEN today. Obviously clowns at the top running the show and staff copy them. They don't deserve to be a Samsung agent. Sad part is, can't go anywhere else to fix my phone under warranty.
Sensational service had a TCL smashed rear glass they had a Replacement phone in 2 days for me and the communication was excellent and I’m super happy with the outcome. Highly recommended
I rang today with a few questions about phone repair. The girl who answered the phone I don’t think she wanted to be there, and was completely unhelpful with many "I don't know" answers. It's not professional and disappointing. Customer service is very important. They don't deserve to be a Huawei authorised repairer

Took a little while to fix my watch when they said it would take 2 days and it took 4 but the service was pretty good and they fixed it properly so I can't really complain. Quite nice building and employees, only other gripe is the open hours. 4 stars.

worst place I have ever had to deal with got told 24/48 hour to fix my phone 6 days later I still haven't got my phone back and get told parts arn't in yet for my phone .if you can go anywhere else I would.
